GESPIN, S.A., was created by Decree-Law No. 70/2022 of 28 September, is a management company whose purpose is the management of industrial parks; The organizational chart below represents the organizational structure in which GESPIN, S.A.

GESPIN, S.A. ensures the exercise of the powers, namely of an economic, financial, patrimonial and staff management nature, necessary for the regular operation of the industrial parks assigned to it, as well as all activities that are complementary, subsidiary or ancillary to the pursuit of its activity;

The management of the park is done through its Coordination that accompanies and guides the work developed by the departments;

MISSION AND VISION

The mission and vision of an industrial park in Timor-Leste are aligned with the country’s Strategic Development Plan (SDP) and its goal of becoming an “Upper Middle Income Country” by 2030. The key industries identified in the SDP are agriculture, tourism, and petroleum.
